Constantly bugging with banner adds!

Constantly sending me annoying banner alerts that no matter how many times I turn the feature off, just turn itself back on. As for the app itself, pretty pathetic. But even if it were somehow the best in the world (coughs sarcastically), would not be worth the aggravation of being bugged with "come on enjoy the sound" adds every time I open my ipad.
